The ANC has been in the comfort zone after they won the first democratic elections. The ruling party started using their control power correctly by providing good service for everyone for the first time in South Africa. They started by building houses, they made sure that millions of people have clean water to their houses, they made the roads and they built more schools for most communities.
The ANC bought freedom here South Africa, because now we are called a Rainbow Nation because of the ANC. Everyone has equal rights, you can say what you want to say but it must not offend any group race or individual, individuals can go to wherever they wish to go to and Study in every institution they wish to study to.
But now ANC has made things difficult for them after the collapse of the part, which resulted to other members of the part to start their own political party. And that started decreasing the number of ANC supporter, and that incident happened just before the National elections in 2009. From 2009 and 2010 there has been a lot of strikes about the service delivery around the country and numbers of ANC member has been in the news for corruption and for not delivering.
Now the ruling party is been threatened by the increasing number of DA supports who came from the ANC to join DA. And the DA is sending very strong message to the whole country that they should look at what DA did in the Western Cape and they will do it to other provinces as well and that should worry the ruling party in the coming elections on the 18th of May 2011.
